Hola amigos bienvenidos a este nuevo post y feliz día de la amistad.

En esta ocasión les contare sobre mi visita al museo del beisbol aquí en Venezuela, este se encuentra en el centro comercial Sambil de valencia, Carabobo. Fue una visita inesperada, un domingo decidí visitar el centro comercial en compañía de mi madre, hermana y sobrino. Cuando nos dimos cuenta que allí había ese fabuloso museo y a quien en este país no le gusta el beisbol cuando es la pasión de todos los venezolanos, se podría decir que es el deporte nacional.

Este museo surge el 18 de abril de 2002 gracias a la visión de Carlos Daniel Cárdenas y su pasión por el béisbol, Este ocupa una superficie total de 2.300 metros cuadrados y está distribuido en dos niveles. La primera sala que veremos es de venezolanos en las grandes ligas, hay una serie de locker con sus artículos que ellos por lo general lo colocaron personalmente, para nombrar algunos de estos grandes ligas están Miguel Cabrera, Salvador Pérez, Bob Abreu, Alex Cabrera, Feliz Hernández, Omar Vizquel, Oswaldo Guillen, Johan Santana. Y lo peculiar de todo esto es que los mismos jugadores son los que llenaron sus propios locker y colocaron sus cosas como lo hacen realmente cuando van a ir a jugar.

En el museo hay alrededor de 6mil artículos del deporte, además de haber artículos de jugadores nacionales, también lo hay de jugadores internacionales. Hay muchos artículos de la historia del beisbol como guantes muy antiguos, caretas, cascos, bates, pelotas; la verdad que esta muy completo y vale la pena visitarlo si te gusta el deporte, te iras con muchas fotos y al ser todos los artículos originales, te llenas de mucha emoción de ver las firmas de los jugadores, es el único museo dedicado al deporte en el país. Además, hay un centro de bateo dentro del museo, que mas emocionante que intentar batear algunas pelotas.

Pasaras un rato bien agradable en ese museo y además de poder disfrutar de todo el centro comercial, es un buen plan para un fin de semana y pasarlo distinto con la familia o amigos.

It was an unexpected visit, one Sunday I decided to visit the mall with my mother, sister, and nephew. When we realized that there was this fabulous museum and who in this country does not like baseball when it is the passion of all Venezuelans, one could say that it is the national sport.

This museum was created on April 18, 2002 thanks to the vision of Carlos Daniel Cárdenas and his passion for baseball. It occupies a total area of 2,300 square meters and is distributed in two levels. The first room we will see is of Venezuelans in the big leagues, there are a series of lockers with their articles that they usually placed personally, to name some of these big leaguers are Miguel Cabrera, Salvador Perez, Bob Abreu, Alex Cabrera, Feliz Hernandez, Omar Vizquel, Oswaldo Guillen, Johan Santana. And the peculiarity of it all is that the players themselves are the ones who filled their locker and placed their things as they do when they go to play.

There are many articles about the history of baseball such as very old gloves, masks, helmets, bats, balls; the truth is that it is very complete and worth a visit if you like the sport, you will leave with many photos and being all original items, you are filled with much emotion to see the signatures of the players, it is the only museum dedicated to the sport in the country. In addition, there is a batting center inside the museum, what could be more exciting than trying to hit a few balls.

You will have a great time in that museum and besides being able to enjoy the whole mall, it is a good plan for a weekend and spending a different time with family or friends.
