So, I decided to dive into a little market experiment to see what's cooking in the world of Splinterlands. Scouting around PeakMonsters.com, I stumbled upon this awesome bulk deal for Chaos Era common cards - Chaos, Riftwatchers, and old rewards. Snagged them for $200, with a cool 25% discount thrown in. At first, I was a bit unsure about those overprinted Chaos cards, but you know what? They were a hit! The majority of them sold like hotcakes in just 3-4 days.

Let me break it down for you:

I made the purchase on Sep 12, 2024 for $200.

Even though I spent 259K DEC, I used MonsterCards for the purchase and got a sweet 3% cashback (7774 DEC). That brought my actual cost down to around 251K DEC. Keeping tabs on every sale and the DEC landing in my account was quite the ride!

I've already sold most of the cards, recouping my investment. Now I've got just a few cards left, valued at $31, and I'm eyeing a nice 15% profit. Exciting stuff!

All this action happened in just a week, showing that the Splinterlands market is still active and doing great! If I could move those overprinted Chaos Legion cards so quickly, imagine what the Rebellion Set will do!
