The Splinterlands Card Market allows players and collectors to easily buy and sell individual cards. Below is a structured guide to navigating this system.
Accessing the Card Market
Enter the Market by clicking on the MARKET tab in-game.
Search Filters:
- On Desktop: These are located in the left sidebar.
On Mobile: These are at the bottom of the page and can be expanded with the up arrow icon.
Use these filters to search for specific cards to buy or rent.
Buying Cards
Steps to buying cards:
Locate the desired card using the filters on the Market page. You will be able to see key information about each card before selecting it.
Click on the card you wish to purchase, which will take you to the For Sale tab on that card's collection page.
Sort the sale offers by different criteria using the drop-down menu.
Check the Cooldown:
- If you see a clock icon next to the card, it means it is on Cooldown and cannot be played by you until the period ends (48 hours since it was last used).
- Hover over the icon to see the time remaining.
Select your payment option (Credits or DEC) from the drop-down menu and click Buy to complete the transaction.
Sign the transaction with your active key. Once complete, the card will appear in your collection.
Selling Cards
Steps to list cards for sale:
In your collection, select the card you wish to sell by clicking the Items button and choose the specific card.
Use the boxes on the left to select one or more cards (they will all have the same price).
Click the Market icon and select List for Sale or Rent.
In the pop-up window, select the Sell Card tab and enter the selling price.
Click Sell to confirm the listing.
Important Notes:
- Listing does not guarantee an immediate sale: Even if you set a competitive price, there is no guarantee that the card will sell or how long it will take.
Removing Listed Cards
- To **remove a card from the market:
Locate the card in your collection.
Look for the green market icon next to the listed card.
Click the icon and confirm the transaction to immediately remove it from the market.
This guide will help you effectively manage your transactions on the Splinterlands card market, whether it's buying new cards for your collection or selling the ones you no longer need.
