He is now my faithful companion, he is very sensitive when I am sad or sick, he is a great hunter, in the past days I came home from work at night, I was about to go home, and he saved me from a snake bite, he saved me my hero Frido.
I made my knitted cat as a tribute to all the loving and beautiful kitties in the world.

En esta ocasión les comparto el paso a paso, para realizar un tejido con forma de gato, es sencillo de hacer, y se puede usar como aplique en un cojín, adornar un bolso, entre otras cosas.
Se realiza con puntos básicos del crochet por lo cual es fácil ejecución para los principiantes en el tejido.
Desde hacen casi dos años llegó a mi casa un gato, el cual mi madre al llegar ese felino, ella nunca mostraba amor hacia ellos, porque sus mascotas favoritas eran los perros, pero es gatito supo ganar su corazón, ella se encariño y estaba pendiente de el, de su comida y que estuviera en su camita.
Cuando ella se enfermo, compartia mucho con el, le gustaba jugar con un ratoncito tejido, colocárselo encima de sus piernas y le permitía subir a la cama, desde que mi madre falleció, Frido busco una mamá gatuna.
El es ahora mi compañero fiel, es muy susceptible siente cuando estoy triste o enferma, es un gran cazador en días pasados llegaba de mi trabajo de noche, iba a entrar a casa, y me salvo de una picadura de serpiente, me salvo mi héroe Frido.
Hice mi gato tejido en homenaje a todos los gatitos amorosos y bellos del mundo.
MATERIALS//MATERIALES
- Number "0" needle.

STEPS//PASOS

Cast on three purl stitches plus a double crochet, cast on a double crochet until the end of the row with a slip stitch.
Make a total of 4 rows to make the face of the cat.
• Realizar un anillo mágico, con una base de 12 puntos altos, cerrar con punto deslizado.
• Hacer tres puntos al aire más un punto alto, realizar puntos de aumento (VIVIVI) hasta finalizar la vuelta con un punto deslizado.
• Hacer en total 4 vueltas, para hacer la cara del gato.
BODY OF THE CAT.

CUERPO DEL GATO.
• Para hacer el cuerpo del gato, se repite el mismo procedimiento de la cara, pero para darle, más volumen puedes realizar las vueltas que desees, en esta oportunidad realice cinco vueltas.
TAIL OF THE CAT.

RABO DEL GATO.
• Realizar 24 cadenetas más 3 al aire, seguidamente puntos altos al punto 07 y en el punto 08 al punto 12 hacer 2 puntos en el mismo punto (VV) en el punto 13 hacer 3 puntos altos, el punto 16 realizar tres puntos de aumento (VV) terminar con puntos altos, y cerrar con un puno deslizado.
CAT'S NOSE

NARIZ DEL GATO
• Hacer un anillo mágico con ocho puntos bajo, cerrar con punto raso.
CAT'S LEGS
Make a base of 07 chains, work in 05 single crochet, repeat until row six.
Make 02 pieces.
PATAS DEL GATO
• Realizar una base de 07 cadenetas, trabajar con 05 puntos bajos, repetir hasta la vuelta seis.
• Hacer 02 piezas.
CAT'S EARS.
Make a base of 8 chains, work with single crochet, the next round make a single crochet, and we are going to decrease, make eight rows (white and pink yarns used).
Make two white and two pink pieces.
OREJAS DEL GATO.
• Hacer una base de 8 cadenetas, trabajar con puntos bajos, la siguiente vuelta realizar un punto al aire, y vamos a disminuir, hacer ocho vueltas. (hilos usados blanco y rosado).
• Hacer dos piezas blancas y dos rosadas.
