The finished work

Introduction

Hello family, I want to begin by saying a very big thank you to everyone who supported and encouraged me in my previous post which was my very first post in the community, while growing up,mum told me many times, always appreciate people when they do good to you and that has being my life style, Indeed I was so overwhelmed by the love and acceptance, once again thank you.

One of my clients walked up to me doing the weekend and asked me to make a beaded hairpiece for her to use for an evening event. She told me she was going to wear a black gown and so I decided to use a pink and silver colour combination to give her something that will make her look stunning.

There is a particular style of beaded hairpiece I made sometime ago and any time I use it many people do appreciate it and that drives more jobs to me, I see all my clients as my brand influencers and so I try to do jobs that will drive traffic to me in other to achieve that ,I usually add excellent to the every job I do

The amazing thing is that it has a simple procedure but a little bit time consuming, I will be revealing them to you, let's go through the process together.

Materials needed

  • Beads of desire sizes and colour( I used sample pink bead of size 6 and the silver sand bead of size 3

  • Fishing line of 0.30mm

  • Razor

  • Beading needle

  • Headband

This took me two days to complete the work, this is not difficult to do ,it involves two simple steps

Step 1:: pass your fishing line through your needle and knod the end

Step 2: pass your needle through your headband and then pick one of your size 6 bead first , followed by the size 3 bead, skip the size 3 bead and pass the needle through the size 6 bead and then through your headband to make it firmly attached, repeat the process till you get your beads attached from one end of the band to another, when you get to the end tie the fishing line firmly and cut using razor.

Wow! I love your headband! I really love the color you chose too. The idea is lovely, and the result is great! I was thinking to try to decorate headbands too, but I am a beginner so I'm starting slowly with crochet. Thank you for sharing your creation @rhozolive! 😃
