A knitted Earing.

Hello everyone and happy new month to you all,last month wasn't bad and i look forward for an amazing month.
Today i got inspired,and i decided to create something with my wool.
I love using beads in making my earnings,but i met a friend during an occasion,she wore a a crochet design earing,it was beautiful and i loved it. It was a red color and a heart design
I told her I'll try it.
I came back home and i decided to try but i didn't go for a heart shape rather,i choose something different.
Hopefully and someday,i will try her design.
At least let me just create something i can use.
There's this design i saw from a friend though she had used a nice fabric for it,i saw it and i decided to knit mine.

The materials were not much,just a

Knitting pin
A wool and
Earing rings.

First step
The first step i took was really simple and it is something that can easily be done.
I took the wool and rounded it through my second finger

I got the ring earing,i placed it on the wool,still holding it.

Then,i got my knitting pin
I put it through the circle,picked on the wool,
Pull it out and knitted through.

i started creating a chain on the ring earing,i knitted a long chain around the ring,you can also create the chain according to the circumference of your earing ,i did mine based on the ring,for a bigger ring you will need more chains,so that it can go round it.

I kept knitting through the earing ring, making it a little tight.

Finally,i knitted it through the ring.
I kept checking the length of it because i had a preferred measurements in mind.
I didn't want it to go completely round the ring.
So i stoped at a certain stage.
Here is the first layer above as i completed it.

Next step
I started knitting the second layer,i turned over to other side and i began to knit it through
I took the knitting needle pulled it through the first layer i had already created,picked the wool and intertwined just as seen in the picture below.

Next step
I completed the second layer and i went forward to knit the third layer.
I turned the earring over again and i started knitting.
I still used the same method i used on the second layer.
But this time around i took the knitting needle pulled it through the second layer picked the wool and till intertwined it as i knitted it along the second layer.

Finally,i created more layers,i was able to finish up on time and am glad i gave it a try
I love beads but using wool to create earings is amazing,yes you can also try it out
Create as many layers as you wish ,am sure it will come out well, especially to lovers of big earrings.

I told my little girl to wear them for me so that i can have a better shot
