I don't really feel like anything is stable these days anymore. It used to be you could get into a company and be set for life and that just isn't the case. It's always a bit tricky when you try to give people guidance like that. Sometimes even though they are asking for guidance, what they really want is someone to hold their hand and basically do all the work for them.
