In Germany we call it "Schokoladebrot", so I think it's chocolate bread in english. It's a sort of cookies, which you make traditionally at christmas time.

Instead of writing the whole recipe, I'd rather describe it and explain how it tastes: The bottom layer is a kind of soft cake base with hazelnuts and baking cocoa. The top layer is a thin layer of melted chocolate, which then hardens. Together it is an incredibly delicious combination. The chocolate, the hazelnuts, the soft base... By far my favorite cookies!
