We’ve got just two genders in the world and after so many researches, I got to realize that women are strong beings. Wait, I gotta give a big shout out to men because it isn’t very easy to deal with some embarrassment that comes with being a man especially when you don’t have money and how to take care of the family too. It’s a big job so kudos to every man who is providing for his family making sure that they do not lack in any way.
Unfortunately, women are prone to depression and anxiety and we are likely to suffer times two of the way men suffer from anxiety and depression. Well, there are so many factors that causes anxiety and depression in women and they are:

Hormonal factor

When a woman suffers from hormonal imbalance, it tends to affect her brain and it will change the way she thinks or feel. In this way, it is very possible for the woman to suffer from depression coupled with the pains that a woman feels during ovulation, menstruation and others.

Societal pressures

Back then, we used to have a society that praises women but things are no more like before. The general society have now ridicules women and make them beg for their rights. Would you believe that there are some countries that do not allow women to go to school? There are some that do not allow women to drive or even go outside and they are all in this world.
Please, how do you think those women will feel? They are surely going to feel bad and there are no two ways about it.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy is one of the greatest news one can ever hear especially when you are deeply in love with your spouse. It makes sense to wish to raise a child with someone you’re in love with but do you know the stress that comes with that? Do you know the kind of pains you’d go through everyday which makes a woman depressed and that’s why so many women go back to their mother when they are pregnant because that’s the best person who can take care of them since she has been in that condition before.
