Happy Holidays to all! (2023 holiday poem)

As the Earth turns,
Around a ball of fire.
As the moon spirals,
In the sky ever higher.

Here on this pile of dirt,
We struggle day by day.
But just remember to celebrate,
And let come what may.

‘Tis the holiday season,
The end of your annual toil.
Let us all take a moment,
To thank this patch of soil.

The planet has raised,
Nourished and sustained us.
So let us wish it and everybody,
Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

And yes, i made that Chinese Lunar New Year lantern. And took the photo on my iPhone SE2. Dec 2023 for both.
