The temperature is chilly,
And the sun struggles weakly in the sky.
The rain caresses your head gently,
As you race nature to the safety of man-made eaves.
Come in, friends!
Let us drink, eat, and be merry!
For the holiday season is upon us!
May your homes be warm and bright,
Merry and light.
May your days be happy,
And your nights be snuggly.
May your friends hold you close,
As you embrace them in turn.
And may all your endeavors,
In real life or online, bear fruit.

Sorry I’ve been away for so long. Frankly, I write into whatever app is easiest to use when the inspiration strikes. That tends to be a mobile game these days. One of the alliance building, troops fighting types.
