Today I will start and show it to you.
Day#50 New Harvest Jackfruit
This afternoon I smell ripe jackfruit. I go up at the rooftop and check the jackfruits. I am right that there is a new ripe jackftuit at the rooftop. I picked the ripe one and sliced it. Then share some to the neighbors.
The ripe jackfruit smells so good. My wife said, it is more sweet than the previous harvest.

Yeah. It looks great and sweet. When the jackfruit is ripe there is no need to cook. The yellowish jackfruit meat inside can be eaten when ripe. The seeds needs to cook or boiled before eating.
