Landslide on The Terrace of The House

Greetings to hive friends wherever you are, good news of course. Thank you EcoTeain Community by @eco-alex as manager. In November, Indonesia has entered the rainy season, and a few days ago the rainfall was quite high and lasted quite a long time.

This happened in the small town of Sukabumi, west Java. The impact of high rainfall, drainage channels are not good, there are lots of landslide and floods. One of which is the Terrace building which is located not far from the house where I live.

I Saw the condition of the Terrace of the house which has been hit by a landslide due to uncontrol rain water. Under the Terrace of the house, it looks eroded by water to the end of the building.

There were people living in the house when the landslide occurred. The occupants of the house when the landslide occurred were moves to a safe place.

Community culture of mutual cooperation
Indonesian people, expecially in village, are still strong in working together, working together to help people who are experiening disaster. The work without pay such as people working to help build houses that have been hit by landslides.

Temporary solution to prevent buildings and Terrace from collapsing by arranging sacks filled with soil to prevent further landslides. And under the Terrace, install wooden beams so that the Terrace building does not collapse.

Open donation wallet
Resident in the village are moving to lighten the burden on house that were hit by landslides. One of which is opening their wallet, people who want to donate money can put money in a box.

The amount of donation is according to their ability, after opening to charity box, the money from the donors is given to the people who were hit by the landslide through the Community association.
