So I was feeling really tired and decided to stay home and get some rest today but at some point after watching some movies I got hungry in-between and I felt like taking jollof rice so I stood up from where I was lying down to check if I have the complete ingredient at home but on to the kitchen I found out that the ingredients wasn't complete and I don't want to take any other thing, not even white rice and I am so hungry that I could not even step out to get the other ingredients, so I decided to improvise and make good use of the ingredients I have at home to soothe my taste to some extent.

Firstly you placed your pot on the cooking appliance and light it.
Add some vegetable oil and let it heat up for few seconds then you add your grated pepper and onion mix, stir it together and let it fry a little
Then you add your seasoning, spice mixed with grinded crayfish, bullion cubes and salt
Stir well to mix together and let it fry on low heat for about 2 minutes then add some quantity of water
Wait for the water to boil before adding your rice but in-between while you await the water to boil, you measure out your rice and rinse to remove excess starch
When the water is boiling, then you pour in your rice and cover it up without stirring so it won't get burnt and then wait for it to cook up for some minutes and then serve
