Hi everyone! Today I decided to make my favorite lunch from childhood, which is stuffed peppers. When I was little, my grandmother always prepared it for me, but since she is old now, I took it and made it by myself like she did.
Ingredients:
- paprika (as much as you think is needed)
- rice (300g)
- minced meat (500g)
- onion (one head)
- so
- pepper
- tomato sauce
• Arrange the peppers in a tray, but first peel them inside.
• Next, you need to chop the onion into small pieces, and while you're doing it, pre-heat the oil on the stove. When the oil is hot enough, add the onion and let it saute.
• This is a random cute picture of me making lunch. :)
• When the onion has been stewed, add the minced meat, mix it with the onion and let it fry together.
• Then, pour as much salt and pepper as you want. I like it spiced up a lot so I add just enough to make it to my taste.
• After you've done all that, next comes the rice. You don't need to cook it or anything, just put it in the meat and onion and let it all come together.
• Water is very important, you can pour it earlier if you want. I gradually added it little by little. It serves to soften the rice a little. And so it wouldn't all burn. Because without water everything is dry.
• This is my favorite part. And that is the filling of peppers. You can see in the picture what I'm doing. You take one pepper at a time and put inside what you have prepared. When all the peppers are filled, just pour the tomato sauce over them.
• And finally, just put it in the oven at 200 degrees. Leave it to bake for the first half hour, then remove it from the oven and turn the peppers and leave it for another half hour.
• Aaand that's it, you can enjoy your juicy stuffed peppers. I hope you liked this recipe. It is not at all difficult to make and I think anyone can do it with a little effort.
• I wish you a pleasant meal! ☺️
