En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes la torta de cumpleaños que le hice a mi sobrino, es una torta que me quedo sumamente deliciosa y quise mostrarles como hice el proceso de elaboración.
El tipo de torta es como un biscocho, es super esponjosa y fría, parecida a la de la película de Matilda!!
Ingredientes TORTA
• 3 tazas Harina
• 3 tazas de Azucar
• 1/2 tazas de Cacao
•1 cucharada bicarbonato
•1/2 cucharadita polvo de hornear
•1/2 cucharadita sal
• 4 Huevos
• 1/2 taza leche tibia
• 1/2 taza agua caliente
• 1/2 taza de aceite
• 2 cucharadas de vainilla

Se mezclan todos los ingredientes secos harina, azúcar, cacao, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato y sal.

Luego agregas los huevos y se va batiendo el aceite, la leche que esté tibia, la vainilla y el agua caliente, se bate hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes; no batir por mucho tiempo, debe quedar la mezcla aguada.
El secreto para que quede húmeda es echar la leche y el agua tibia...

Primero se pone a calentar el horno y luego de unos 15 minutos es que vas a meter la torta, colócandole en la parte de abajo un molde con agua y arriba el de la torta.

Ingredientes FROSTING
• 1/2 tazas de mantequilla
• 230 grs de queso crema
• 1/2 tazas de cacao
• 7 tazas de nevazucar
• Leche cantidad necesaria
FROSTING Ingredients
• 1/2 cups of butter
• 230 grams of cream cheese
• 1/2 cups of cocoa
• 7 cups of nevazucar
• Milk required quantity
se crema la mantequilla, se le va agregando el queso crema y el cacao con la nevazucar, la leche es la cantidad necesaria más o menos 1/2 taza, no puede quedar tan aguada por lo que no es recomendable echarle mas de lo indicado.

Se le agrega el frosting y luego de meterla a la nevera por un par de horas, queda como una torta fría.
