Indomi ramen is a variant of Indomie inspired by Japanese noodle dishes, the noodles are wider than regular Indomi, while the broth is thicker with spicy seasoning,
Ramen itself is a noodle soup originating from Japan or China, and now ramen noodles have also been produced by Indonesian companies in their Indomi version. And I chose Indomi ramen with a spicy taste, why did I choose the spicy one, I was in the mood for something spicy today. Therefore, I chose to cook ramen noodles with a mixture of enoki mushrooms, coincidentally the enoki mushrooms were left over yesterday when I made fried enoki mushrooms in flour, because yesterday I bought 2 packs of enoki mushrooms, so it was perfect for cooking ramen noodles mixed with enoki mushrooms, and coincidentally there were bean sprouts in the refrigerator, I also added them at once, rather than letting them sit in the refrigerator.
This ramen noodle is specially made for me to eat, because my mother and child do not like spicy food, especially my child who is still small, I also often cook regular Indomie by mixing lots of vegetables in it such as green mustard greens, pak choi, bean sprouts, tempeh and even carrots, because I really don't like eating noodles without vegetables, it doesn't taste good, but if you add vegetables, I think it's tastier and healthier, right? Okay, let's process ramen noodles with enoki mushrooms.
1 pack of Indomie ramen
1 pack of enoki mushrooms
1 clove of red onion
3 cayenne peppers
1/2 tomato
1 stalk of celery
Soy sauce to taste
Sauce to taste
Prepare the enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, and slice all the ingredients, such as tomatoes, shallots, chilies and celery leaves.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil, then sauté the chopped ingredients until wilted.Once wilted, add a little water, cook until it boils, then add the bean sprouts
Then continue to add the enoki mushrooms, after the mushrooms and bean sprouts have wilted, add the Indomi ramen seasoning,
Cook until it boils until the mushrooms and bean sprouts are half cooked, then add the Indomie and Indomie seasoning as well as the celery leaves.
Cook the Indomi ramen until it is completely cooked, then add the sauce and soy sauce to taste. Once cooked, the Indomi ramen is ready to be served.
Well, that's how I cook ramen noodles when I want to eat spicy ramen noodles, no need to go far to find ramen noodles, just buy the ramen version of instant Indomi, it tastes really spicy, for those of you who love spicy food, I highly recommend this Indomi ramen.
Oh yes, this ramen noodle is very easy to find, it is sold in many minimarkets and shopping centers everywhere. I think there is an Indomie version of this ramen noodle.
