Friends of this beautiful community I hope you are all well, a few days ago my husband felt like eating shawarma, but he was preparing the Arab bread, because he loves to make this kind of food, so while he made the Arab bread and meat because he has a very rich seasoning I was washing the lettuce, chopping the tomato and preparing the sauces which by the way were very rich, soon I will show you the easiest way to make the sauces.

Amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien, hace unos días a mi esposo le dio ganas de comer shawarma, pero él preparando el pan árabe, ya que a él le encanta hacer este tipo de comidas, por lo que mientras él hacia el pan árabe y la carne porque él tiene una sazón muy rico yo me dedicaba a lavar la lechuga, el tomate picarlo y preparar las salsas qué por cierto me quedaron muy ricas pronto les mostraré la forma más fácil de hacer las salsas.

Then we divided the work to do things together and not that everything was done by him the idea is to share these moments as a couple to the fullest and more when making food is the favorite part of the ha, ha, ha, ha ... having everything ready to start assembling I told him to do it, since I'm a little mystical and I would stress ha, ha, ha, ha ... then he took care of it... then he was in charge of assembling all the shawarmas in his own way and let me tell you that it was very good, the only way to eat a complete shawarma is if it is homemade, since I don't feel like eating the local ones because I don't know how they are prepared, so I prefer to be on the safe side. For the preparation of the Arabic bread the following ingredients were used:

  • 1 kg leavening wheat flour.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • Salt to taste
  • water
  • oil

And for the preparation of the stuffing:

  • 4 steaks chopped in the form of strips.
  • 3 tomatoes
  • lettuce.
  • Garlic sauce with parsley
  • cheddar sauce

Entonces nos dividimos el trabajo para hacer las cosas en conjunto y no que todo lo hiciera él la idea es compartir estos momentos en pareja al máximo y más cuando es realizando comida la parte favorita del ja, ja, ja... al tener todo listo ya para comenzar armar le dije al que lo hiciera, ya que yo soy un poco mística y me estresaría ja, ja, ja... entonces él se encargó de armarlos todos los shawarmas a su manera y déjame decirles que quedo muy bueno la única forma de comerme un shawarma completo es que sea casero, ya que en los de los locales no me apetece porque no sé cómo es la forma de preparación de los mismos así que prefiero prevenir. Para la preparación del pan árabe se utilizaron los siguientes ingredientes:

  • 1 kg harina de trigo leudante.
  • azúcar a gusto.
  • Sal al gusto
  • agua
  • aceite

Y para la preparación del relleno:

  • 4 bistecs picados en forma de tiras
  • 3 tomates
  • lechuga.
  • Salsa de ajo con perejil
  • salsa cheddar

For the realization of the Arabic bread all the ingredients were united which was the water and the oil was placed little by little while mixing the dough until creating a perfect and easy to handle dough, then it begins to stretch on the table little by little and with much patience making it superfine and then pass to the pan to cook over low heat, this kilo of flour yielded us for 7 Arab breads and additional dough was left as half a kilo in the fridge for cupcakes. Once all the Arabic breads were ready, we put the filling mentioned above and ready, dinner is ready. I hope you, like us, enjoy cooking as a couple.

Para la realización del pan árabe se unieron todos los ingredientes los cuales lo que fue el agua y el aceite se fue colocando poco a poco mientras se iba mezclando masa hasta crear una masa perfecta y fácil de manejar, luego se comienza a estirar en la mesa poco a poco y con mucha paciencia haciéndolo superfina y luego pasan al sartén para cocinarse a fuego lento, este kilo de harina nos rindió para 7 panes árabes y adicional nos quedó masa como medio kilo en la nevera para pastelitos.
Al tener todos los panes árabes listos, se colocó el relleno antes mencionado y listo, la cena ya está lista. Espero que a ustedes, al igual que nosotros, les guste cocinar en pareja.

I love both Arab bread and shawarma but I prefere the second, home made looks super yummy your hubby is lucky 😍
