Today's swap: Minched meat.
Next time you make a dish that requires minched meat, why not try a plant-based minched meat instead? This was the very first swap we made and it was very easy to do. Just buy a different product. Especially in something like a pasta. You will hardly notice a difference with most brands and none at all with products like Beyond Meat, Garden Gourmet Sensational or De Vegetarische Slager (for my fellow Dutchies).
Other swapping options include lentils or you can even make your own minched tofu if you prefer a specific spice blend!
