Good day everyone today, I hope you all are doing great, today I want to share with you one the nutritious meal in my country.
Porridge soup potato is one the best meal and many peoples love it because the taste and most important the nutritional value of potatoes .
Potato contain iron and potassium and it is the important source of vitamin c. Potatoes boost the immune system and it is also good for the brain .
Here are some step I took in preparing my potato porridge with periwinkle
First I brought out the in ingredient I needed for the meal
ingredients
- Three bounce of potatoes
- Red oil
- Two cube of maggi
- One cup of periwinkle
- two small onions
- Five pieces of pepper
- Crayfish
- Scent leave
- Salt to taste
procedure
First I peel the potatoes
and wash them and set it outside in a bowl.
I cut my periwinkle
and wash them
I wash them more than three(3) times until the water became clean.
I wash them inside a pot
and added one cube of maggi,small quantity of the slice onions and pepper and then covered it to boil
While waiting for the periwinkle to boil,
I slice my onions and pound my pepper and crayfish and also I slice wash my scent leave and slice it .
After that I check the periwinkle and it was done and brought it down and set aside.
Then I put the potatoes in to a pot with small quantity of water and place it on the cooking stove to boil
I added the remained onions
Then I added pepper
I added crayfish
I added the last remaining cube of maggi and
I added salt
Then I added the periwinkle with the water
Later I added my red oil
After some minutes I added my scent leave and turn and the porridge soup potatoes is done and ready to serve.
Porridge soup potato with periwinkle is a very delicious and easy to cook meal that is love by many people including my siblings and parent and I hope you will love it too if you give it a try.
