Ingredientes:

▪Tomate preferiblemente maduro ▪Dientes de ajo
▪Una pequeña cantidad de perejil
▪Oregano
▪Cebolla
▪Onoto y sal al gusto.

Preparacion de la pasta :
En una olla agrega 1/2 sal y colocala a fuego alto hasta que hierva luego agrega la pasta y cocinar por 7 minutos aproximadamente luego cuando ya este al punto colamos y agregamos aceite para que no se pegue, de esta manera ya tendriamos lista nuestra pasta .

Preparacion de salsa:

Después de tener los aderezos finamente picados agregar a una sartén y freír con un poco de aceite luego agregar una taza pequeña de agua y cocinar por 10 minutos a fuego lento.

Preparation of the sauce:

After having the seasonings finely chopped add to a pan and fry with a little oil then add a small cup of water and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
