Se te hizo agua la boca?
Esta es mi receta de una simple y sencilla "Mini Marquesa", y es mi manera de preparar un delicioso postre que me encanta para todos los días! Me gustan las recetas faciles, prácticas y económicas que podemos hacer en casa de forma regular o para esos días y ocasiones especiales. Esta vez la hice para consentirme en una semana complicada.
This is my recipe for a simple and simple "Mini Marquesa", and it is my way of preparing a delicious dessert that I love for every day! I like the easy, practical and inexpensive recipes that we can make at home on a regular basis or for those special days and occasions. This time I did it to pamper myself in a difficult week.
El ingrediente especial de este postre es nuestra tradicional Galleta María, que es una galleta plana sin crema y que desde niños consumimos en Venezuela. Todos la amamos y la usamos para muchas de nuestras preparaciones.
The special ingredient of this dessert is our traditional Maria Cookie, which is a flat cookie without cream and that we have eaten in Venezuela since we were children. We all love it and use it for many of our preparations.
Además necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:
- 3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
- 3 cucharadas de azúcar
- 3 cucharadas de fécula de maíz - Maicena
- 1/2 litro de leche
- Galletas (20 unidades o 5 paquetes)
We will also need the following ingredients: * 3 tablespoons cocoa powder * 3 spoonfuls of sugar * 3 tablespoons of cornstarch - Cornstarch * 1/2 liter of milk * Cookies (20 units or 5 packages)
Colocaremos la leche en una olla y agregaremos el azúcar, después de remover agregamos la Maicena y revolvemos bien para que no queden grumos.
We will place the milk in a pot and add the sugar, after stirring we add the cornstarch and stir well so that there are no lumps.
Igualmente agregaremos el cacao en polvo y mezclaremos todo muy bien antes de llevar al fuego.

Pondremos todo a fuego bajo y sin dejar de remover esperaremos a que hierva y se vuelva espeso nuestro chocolate. Retiramos del fuego y es hora de lo divertido.
We will put everything over low heat and without stopping stirring we will wait for it to boil and our chocolate becomes thick. We take it off the heat and it's time for fun.
Usaremos un molde de vidrio para nuestra marquesa, la verdad puedes usar cualquier molde ya que esto irá a la nevera. Puedes usar un molde de plástico incluso así que esto no es excusa para no prepararla.
We will use a glass mold for our marquise, the truth is that you can use any mold since this will go to the fridge. You can even use a plastic mold so this is no excuse for not preparing it.
Con los ingredientes listos, comenzamos a remojar las galletas en un poco de leche y colocándolas en la base del molde.
With the ingredients ready, we start soaking the cookies in a little milk and placing them at the base of the mold.
Agregaremos nuestra mezcla de chocolate y la esparciremos sobre las galletas. Repetiremos la operación u colocaremos varias capas de galleta y crema de chocolate.
We will add our chocolate mixture and spread it on the cookies. We will repeat the operation or place several layers of biscuit and chocolate cream.
Cubrimos todo con la crema de chocolate y estamos casi listos. En la parte superior le puedes colocar lo que tú quieras, incluso la puedes dejar así. En ocasiones le coloco un poco de galletas trituradas, chispas de colores o coco rallado. Esta vez me decidí por unos mini chocolates de colores llamados Dandy.
We cover everything with the chocolate cream and we are almost ready. At the top you can put whatever you want, you can even leave it like that. Sometimes I add some crushed cookies, colored sprinkles, or grated coconut. This time I decided on some mini colored chocolates called Dandy.
Y esto lo llevaremos a la nevera por mínimo un par de horas.
And we will put this in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
