Today I wanted to eat a delicious recipe similar to the one I saw recently on some social network, I have been trying to lose weight because I am well above my healthful weight, not the ideal but a healthy one, so as a good lover of cooking I have been looking for a way to keep eating rich but eating healthy, to take care of my health, while clearly, I accompany it with exercise and good habits.
In this recipe I used:
1 tablespoon butter
1 chicken breast
1/2 zucchini
a handful of mushrooms
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika powder
cilantro
salt and pepper
Hoy queria comer una receta rica parecida a una que vi hace poco en alguna red social, he estado trando de bajar de peso porque estoy bastante por encima de mi peso salusable, no el ideal sino uno saludable, asi que como buena amante de la cocina he estado buscando la manera de seguir comiendo rico pero comiendo de manera saludable, para cuidar mi salud, mientras que claramente lo acompaño de ejercicios y buenos habitos.
En esta receta he usado:
1 cda de mantequilla
1 pechuga de pollo
1/2 calabacin
un puñado de champiñones
ajo en polvo
cebolla en polvo
pimenton en polvo
cilantro
sal y pimienta
To start I chopped all the ingredients, the zucchini in strips, the chicken in cubes, and the mushrooms I bought ready sliced.
In a frying pan melt the butter, once hot what I did was to cook the mushrooms first, leave for 2 minutes, and add the zucchini and chicken, after 2 more minutes I added all the seasonings including salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for 15 minutes until the chicken was ready.
Para empezar pique todos los ingredientes, el calabacin en tiras, el pollo en cuadritos y los champiñones los compre listos en rebanadas.
En un sarten coloque a derretir la mantequilla, una vez caliente lo que hice fue poner a cocinar los champiñones de primero, deje por 2 minutos y agregue el calabacin y el pollo, despues de 2 minutos mas le agregue todo los condimentos incluyendo la sal y la pimienta a gusto y deje cocinar por 15 minutos hasta que el pollo estuvo listo.
While the chicken was cooking I made a salad, I bought one that was already chopped and used corn, mustard, and salt on the side.
Mientras que se cocinaba el pollo hice una ensalada, yo compre una que ya venia picada y use aparte maiz, mostaza y sal.
In a bowl place the chopped salad and wash it with water and a little vinegar, then pass it to another bowl where I added the corn, mustard, and salt and mix it all.
En un bowl coloque la ensalada picada y la lave con agua y un poco de vinagre, luego la pase a otro bowl donde le añadi el maiz, la mostaza y la sal y lo mezcle todo.
Once it was ready and the 15 minutes had passed, remove the chicken and serve it together with the salad on a plate, it was really tasty, I hope you enjoy this recipe.
Una vez que estuvo lista y pasaron los 15 minutos, retire el pollo y lo servi junto a la ensalada en un plato, quedo bastante rica la verdad, espero que disfruten mucho esta receta.
