Hoy les traigo una receta súper divina y fácil de preparar ideal para una tarde y se trata de un delicioso pan de ajo con salsa de tocineta sin duda degustaran de un rico aperitivo en pocos minutos. Sin más preámbulos vénganse conmigo.

Today I bring you a super divine and easy to prepare recipe ideal for an afternoon and it is a delicious garlic bread with bacon sauce no doubt you will enjoy a delicious appetizer in a few minutes. Without further ado, come with me.
- • Mantequilla 20 gramos.
- • Ajo.
- • Cilantro.
- • Pan salado en rodajas.
- • Tocineta. (100 gr)
- • Mayonesa al gusto.
- • Queso pecorino (50 gr)
- Butter 20 grams.
- Garlic.
- Cilantro.
- Sliced salted bread.
- Bacon. (100 grams)
- Mayonnaise to taste.
- Pecorino cheese (50 gr)
Pasos // Steps
Preparación del pan de ajo
Paso 1
En un sartén común vertimos los 20 gramos de mantequilla llevamos a la estufa y ponemos a derretir a fuego medio, seguido a esto agarramos varios gramos de ajos trituramos, picamos y colocamos en el sartén donde derretimos la mantequilla junto con el cilantro previamente picado movemos y así nuestro ajo y cilantro se sofríe. Tip: Mientras más granos de ajos con más gusto quedan.

Step 1
In a common pan we pour the 20 grams of butter we take to the stove and put to melt over medium heat, followed by this we grab several grams of garlic crush, chop and place in the pan where we melt the butter along with previously chopped cilantro move and so our garlic and cilantro is sautéed. Tip: The more grains of garlic, the more flavorful they are.
Paso 2
Una vez que nuestra mezcla esté lista, retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar unos minutos. Procedemos a cortar nuestro pan salado en rodajas en cortes uniformes y seguido a esto untamos nuestra mezcla en las rodajas de pan colocamos en una bandeja y llevamos al horno por 3 minutos a 180 °F. Y listo nuestro rico pan de ajo.
Step 2
Once our mixture is ready, we remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. We proceed to cut our salty bread into slices in uniform cuts and followed by spreading our mixture on the slices of bread, place on a tray and bake in the oven for 3 minutes a 180°F. And our delicious garlic bread is ready.
Preparación de la Salsa de tocineta.
Paso 1
Agarramos la tocineta picamos en trozos, la colocamos en un sartén común con un toque de aceite y sofreímos por unos 3 minutos. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar.
Preparation of the bacon sauce
Step 1
Take the bacon and chop it into pieces, place it in a frying pan with a touch of oil and sauté it for about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it rest.
Paso 2
Colocamos en una taza le agregamos el queso y la mayonesa movemos hasta que todos los ingredientes estén integrados en conjunto. Y listo nuestra deliciosa salsa.
Step 2
Place in a bowl, add the cheese and mayonnaise and stir until all the ingredients are integrated as a whole. And ready our delicious sauce.
