Hola queridos comensales hoy les quiero dejar por acá está súper fácil y rica ensalada que a mi familia le encanta. Sabemos que el apio aporta frescura y tiene muchas propiedades. Honestamente les contaré un poco el apio en Venezuela solía usarlo como para aliñar guisos, legumbres jamás lo había comido como ensalada pero en Chile aprendí aprovechar mucho más de este bondadoso vegetal.
Está ensalada es súper fácil lleva dos ramas de apio grandes, 1 zanahoria rallada, media taza de maiz en grano dulce, un limón, 1 cda de mayonesa, pizca de sal.
Lo primero es cocinar los granos de maíz en agua caliente, luego empezamos a pelar el apio aquí es un paso importante, luego lo cortamos como en ruedas, rallamos la zanahoria por el lado grueso del rallador, y todo lo colocamos en un bowl de ensalada, agregamos el maíz una vez que este cocido y frío. Aliñamos con limón, sal, y una cda de mayonesa al gusto.
Está ensalada es deliciosa y realmente créanme que querrán comer todo el bowl. Haré una pausa para decir que elijan un apio bien bonito, acá se consiguen realmente hermosos como les muestro.
