Saludos queridos lectores de #hive, en esta ocasión quería compartir con todos ustedes y sobre todo con la comunidad de #foodiesbeehive, esta deliciosa receta que elabore hace unos meses atrás y no había podido compartir con ustedes hasta ahora.
Greetings dear readers of #hive, this time I wanted to share with all of you and especially with the #foodiesbeehive community, this delicious recipe that I made a few months ago and had not been able to share with you until now.
Helado Cremoso de Durazno// Creamy peach ice cream
Se trata de un helado cremoso de durazno, para su elaboración necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:
- 1 taza de leche - 1 yema de 1 huevo - 1 lata de duraznos al almíbar de 820g.
- 1 taza de leche - 1 yema de 1 huevo - 1 lata de duraznos al almíbar de 820g.
This is a creamy peach ice cream, for its preparation we will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk - 1 yolk of 1 egg - 1 820g can of peaches in syrup.
Proceso de Elaboración:
Para elaborar la mezcla, vamos a incluir todos los ingredientes en una licuadora de la siguiente manera: la taza de leche, la yema de huevo y los duraznos sin el almíbar. Los licuamos por unos 2 minutos y luego agregamos la ¼ parte del almíbar que ocupa la lata y procedemos a licuar nuevamente hasta que veamos que la mezcla comience a verse espumosa.
Elaboration Process:
To prepare the mixture, we are going to include all the ingredients in a blender as follows: the cup of milk, the egg yolk and the peaches without the syrup. We blend them for about 2 minutes and then add ¼ part of the syrup that occupies the can and proceed to blend again until we see that the mixture begins to look frothy.
Vertemos la mezcla en un envase sea de vidrio o plástico y lo llevamos a refrigerar por 2 horas, luego de transcurrido ese tiempo procedemos a licuar nuevamente hasta que creme nuevamente la mezcla. Luego colocamos nuevamente en un envase y lo llevamos a refrigerar una vez más, en mi caso lo deje refrigerar hasta el día siguiente, pero en un tiempo de 2 a 3 horas es suficiente para degustar esta delicia.
Pour the mixture into a glass or plastic container and refrigerate for 2 hours, after that time proceed to blend again until the mixture is creamy again. Then we put it again in a container and take it to refrigerate once more, in my case I let it refrigerate until the next day, but in a time of 2 to 3 hours is enough to taste this delicacy.
Es un helado bajo en azúcar, pero con un muy buen sabor, espero se animen a realizarlo y lo disfruten tanto como yo. Es muy fácil de elaborar y no lleva muchos ingredientes y rinde para 4 porciones, si lo llegan a realizar espero leer sus comentarios a ver qué tal les quedo.
