Hay que colarlo para que no queden grumos Luego colocamos la misma cantidad de limón colocamos de fumet o caldo para balancear el ácido y ahí lo tienes que ir probando. Sentir la sensación equilibrado tanto de sal y ácido y el fondo colocarse al ceviche Se revuelve todo se sirve
Pará montar el plata se sirve con batata, camote o boniato que es dulce, el maíz espero puedan elabora este plato típico de Perú en familia buen provecho
