Today I really want to write, not about the recipes that I usually tell every week but how important it is for us to maintain digestive health. In my opinion, all diseases come from the mouth. Why is it important for us to know what is best and what is not good for digestive health.
An era where everything is easy to get if you have money. If you need fast food, you can order from several applications that are specifically for delivering food. So fast that you can eat everything if you want. There are good and bad. Everything has a positive and negative side.
This is just a little story about our awareness of the importance of controlling ourselves. There are so many things that can be done and keep us busy that what goes into the body is often underestimated. Is that very sad? Of course. We have limited time because we are busy looking for money so that we can live, but there are many important things that we realize that we are not just living.
For example, the work that keeps you busy will not mean anything if you have poor health, of course because every day you eat food that lacks nutrition and nutrition, then get sick and blame your busy schedule. So the money you are looking for must be commensurate with your health.
For example, I have diabetes because of my stupidity that cannot balance digestive health and then coupled with laziness to exercise. I easily order food from the application and everything arrives very easily, but, I forget that the food I ordered does not have balanced nutrition. In fact, my bad habits that do not prioritize fiber needs and also eat high-carb foods, so that is the trigger for diabetes to come very quickly at the age of 28.
Despair and depression worsened my diabetes until finally I was made aware by the doctor to start a healthy life, prioritize gut health and also eat nutritious food. The balance in the food I eat is the most important thing by making more types of vegetables on my plate, like the picture below. There are pieces of meat as protein, 3 types of vegetables and of course the fiber is also increasing, low carbohydrates in a bowl of bibimbap.
Of course, I should understand that food like this is the most important thing for me. Not only to improve the value of my life but there is something more important than that, which is about my own body's health. Believe me, behind a lot of money, you have to be healthier. So that you don't regret that the money you get can be enjoyed by yourself, not the person who will inherit it.
Although death is real, health is more real. Many people say that death is certain, but health is not necessarily. So, at least you have to try to stay healthy so that you can carry out activities as well as possible.
