Hello Hive community, Sukiyan is an Indian snack mainly in the southern parts. Its one of the healthiest food in the evenings. When I come back from school my mom always prepare it for me. Today I will share how it can be prepared.

When the bean became well soaked cooked them for 20 minutes.

At the time of cooking, we can make the batter. For making batter we need Maida flour and turmeric powder and a little salt. Turmeric powder gives the batter an yellowish colour. I take here 4 tsp of flour.

Add 2 tsp of turmeric powder.

Add salt to taste.

Add enough water for the batter.

Now our mung beans is cooked well. We can move it to another plate.

Add some grated jaggery to taste.

Believe me, all the recipes looked innovative to me; although we are Asian but yet some particular food is outstanding.
At first, I was craving to think you will add sugar but now 😁 as it's salty my backup plan is ready lol kidding for fun.

Jaggery and salt is dominant, Thank you for your support
