🤸🏻‍♂️My Yoga Experience 🧘🏻‍♂

Hello, everyone. Today I want to make a post related to many people's favorite yoga. My story with yoga began about 2 and a half years ago. I started with only 3 exercises because I had low back pain. I cured the pain but also felt many other benefits. My posture started to get better, I got taller, my gait was more beautiful, my breathing improved.

I started learning new exercises and the benefits grew every day. My weak muscles became stronger, and those that were overstretched relaxed.

In addition to the physical benefits, yoga has a very good effect on the spirit. One becomes a lot. Definitely yoga makes a person calmer, clears the mind of negative energy and life becomes better

Better blood circulation, better breathing, better metabolism, healthy balanced muscles and joints, better posture, higher spirituality, clearer mind and more calm, these are just some of the benefits.
