Β Β Β Β Β Today I want to share with everyone about vegan papaya, cucumber, carrot salad recipe. My Khmer eat it with vegan spring roll or spring roll meat, grilled fish, grilled meat and everything do you want.
ποΈ Ingredients βοΈ
- 1 small papaya
- 2 small cucumbers
- 1 carrot
- 1 big red onion if small 2
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 chili pepper or to taste
- 1 small piece ginger (not necessary)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar

Step 1Grate the papaya like this. | |

Step 2Cut vegetables like this. | |
Step 3Crush garlic with salt, sugar, chili then take it inside bowl then mix the ingredients together. Wait 1 hour. |

Yes, it is a great papaya. I am so glad to do you like β€οΈ
Now if you leave that pickle covered with a cotton cloth on the bench top for 5-7 days (OUT of the fridge) it will be probiotic too! Important to keep the vegetables pushed down and submerged under the liquid to ensure a clean ferment.
I'm making sauerkraut today - you have inspired me.
