Haugfossen after a storm

in Photography6 days ago

Hello today i am posting a bunch of pictures of this waterfall in Norway named Haugfossen. These pictures were taken just a few days after the 50 year flood casued by the storm Hans that was over Norway in the summer of 2023.
I have visited this waterfall many times before because there is a museum and a small zoo beside the waterfall. This is the most water i have ever seen in this waterfall.

I am adding a link to a picture from wikipedia where you can see the amount of water that normally runs in this waterfall.

Wow! That’s really dangerous volume of water after the flooding incident!
Hope there would be no more abnormal floods again!

It is scary and a lot of people had to evacuate their homes, and sadly two people died.

Beautiful photos, especially the ones with the rainbow.

Thank you!
