It is interesting to know that we can prepare different delicacies from banana. Aside the fact that people love to eat ripe bananas as fruit, we utilize banana here as both food and fruits. You can cook and eat as much of the unripe banana with some tasty sauce.

While working at the beans farm yesterday, it was a harvest galore when we equally decided to pluck some unriped banana for food as well.

Plucking of beans is a long process of boring work. We arrived at the farm at about 7:30am and continued work until 2pm in the afternoon. We were able to harvest the beans from the one situated on about an acre of farm.

Due to the fact that we had some animals ate up some part of the beans that was the amount we were able to harvest. Harvesting took so much time that we were unable to begin the processing immediately.

Daddy wants us to harvest the beans completely to see if we can get a machine that will do the peeling for us.

Earlier this year, I have used this particular machine here to peel our Harvested corns and I have learnt that the machine can do a multiple task of peeling other farm products as well. If we are able to harvest the beans from other farms and have a good amount of it here, then we can order for the machine to come peel the beans right here in the farms so that we can take home only the clean beans seed.
The machine operators won't come if the quantity of our beans is not much. The equipment is a heavy gadgets that can only be carried about for very reasonable amount of work.

We are currently advising our other farm neighbors to harvest their own crops as well so that we can have a combination of good amount of the grains here that will qualify us to call the machine dealers.

Peeling this with machine will save us a lot of work. As the machine does both work of peeling the pods and sorting the beans from the dirt just like that of the previous corn work. You will have some clean grains coming out in one end and then pods also in another end. But without this we will be left with the work of pounding this beans which is both time and energy consuming.

There is more of the beans to be harvested and it is only then that we would know what steps to take next

While we concluded work at about 3pm and was contemplating what to eat for lunch now turned dinner as it was past lunch time, we have searched the farm for what to eat before we found some unripe bananas.

Nobody's grow fruits or bananas in this locality. These banana are lucky to have grown by themselves and has been feeding people ever since. Daddy plucked up immediately and by the time we got home my siblings had them boiled.

It was then time to enjoy some banana meals which I had fried some pepper sauce fo go with it. By the time we were done it was already dinner time and lunch was skipped completely. I barely finiahed eating when sleep took off from them.

Now it's morning of a new month and we are all up, waving off the stress and hoping to catch up with Sunday service this morning
