Thank you @jenny0113 for sharing your tips, 'cause I also suffer from insomnia sometimes. Then somehow, I just find myself crying because I can't sleep, but now that you've shared some tips, I'm so glad I have now an idea what to do.💕

Hello @rainebow0407. I remembered the first few insomnias that i had, all i could do is stare at my sisters sleeping form and crying why i cant sleep like them😅. But then after i had like many days of insomnia already, instead of crying, I divert my attention to something that distract my overstimulated mind and just focus on one thing. I also tell myself that crying is not the answer, sometimes crying makes it harder to sleep😭.

Crying truly makes it harder, but I my mind just want to sleep, but then I cannot, and it makes me sad. Still, thank you for the tips.✨

Hahahhaha @rainebow0407 yeah our minds are really the problem here😅. It overpowers our other senses 😅🤣 but still, keep fighting ❤️
