That's disturbing. People don't seem to realize that this isn't about adults wearing masks, it's about the kids becoming normalized to this. As adults are accepting it as "the new normal", for the kids, it will just be normal in a few years and there will be nothing "new" about it.
It reminds me of when they got rid of smoking sections in restaurants in Canada. It was a "new normal" for a lot of people. Today, it's just normal and there are adults in their twenties that aren't even aware that there were smoking sections in every restaurant throughout the whole country. In 10-15 years when all these young children are becoming adults and probably wearing whole head and body coverings at all times, they won't even realize there was a time when it didn't exist.
