A Call from Elon my Dad

Waking up to my normal daily routine, but this was different it was Saturday, my schedules for Saturdays are normally different, that day is for sanitation, and every other thing that is less white collar related, although I have the lady I will be meeting with later that day, my hopes were high, just waiting for the evening time, I said to myself no way am letting this chick slide, never knew I am going to have my mind blown before that meeting.

I received a call at 8:45 am, after my road work from a random American Number, at first I was ki leyi(in my local dialect) (what is this), cause its rare to receive such a call from that kind of a phone number, sometimes I do miss calls from unknown numbers, however this was different it was an American number , I didn't pick at first, so I let it slide.
The number called again I was nervous so I picked the call, I heard the voice of a man in "American accent" and then he called me by name, I was desperate to know who I was talking to, so I asked hello who am I onto, he smiled and said its your dad Elon musk.
I laughed, I told the caller in pidgin English " shey you dey whine me ni''. (Are you making a fool of me) so I thought it was a scam, I have friends that have been scamed even though it wasn't something related to this, but receiving a call from a foreign number. I concluded that this is part of the "Yahoo Boiz" flows

about that time, my mom was already late,
so we definitely didn't talk about my dad, anytime I bring up the conversation, she will just snap at it, although I was a young OG, after many times of trying and she insisted not to tell me who my dad was, what he was into,anytime I bring up the question, my mom will say I raised you, I know everything I went through for you, and you always asking about your dad. I just decided to stop asking her because I made It look like she is not doing enough, but on the otherhand I just wanted to know who my dad is.

So after the phone call, I quickly went through all my documents to check for surname MUSK.., but I couldn't relate I was seeing MR.GBEMI in capital letters, then I said to myself that must be mother's Father name,I immediately smiled... like shey this man they whine me,( Already been fooled) although I was very much keen to find out about the whole thing.
After all these years I really wanted to meet the dude that claims he his my dad, want to let the person know am really good with him.
But waking up to a call from Elon musk, c'mon it was different I had to think to process things but I don't really know what to do..
In my mind I was like finally am coming out of Sapa(Lack)...

I really did some wierd stuff, like cause I am dark skin my dad Elon musk is white skin,
there was no resemblance, but I took after my mom's.

So I had to cancel the dinner plan I am suppose to have with a female friend
trying to process the information.

On the long run we met, he flew all the way from New York to Nigeria, I didn't take him to where I was staying, he checked in at a hotel.
asked him some few questions like why he never showed up all these years,
even when my mom passed away, I was angry though, but I just had to maintain cause it Elon musk, from that moment I knew my life had changed.

So it turned out that I had dual nationality
an American, a Nigerian.
We became close, I added Musk to my name

Then I realized it was a dream I woke up!!!
