Why is your friend on your case about Hive?
Best way to build your account is to create original content, stay far away from plagiarizing images and quotes, and the ones you use or quote make sure to source them to the original source, basically proving you have the rights to use it since you are monitizing everything in your account. Google images is not a source, they are an image search engine. You need the original source. The Hivean community frowns on monitizing your post with other people's work, you already found that out. Also stay far from garbage posts.
Just for information, that account is not blacklisted, there is no reason you cannot use it provided you use it correctly and do not abuse the Hive rewards pool. Perhaps use it for a different subject or something, only a suggestion.
Also, try engaging with other's posts that you enjoy, leave meaningful comments, and you'll do well and build a decent account (or two, if you use the other account also.)
