It's another amazing week, and you know what that means - it's the 20th edition of the weekly prompt to spark your creativity and get those ideas flowing in. "What animal would judge us the most? Write a scene in which two or more people are doing something silly, and they're being observed and criticised by animals."
It’s another beautiful week, and for this prompt, we will do something playful. This is a creative activity, and we want to know how animals might react if they could comment on human behaviours. Humans can be funny, dramatic or even act ridiculously at times. Now, think about any of these situations and imagine an animal watching the scene, rolling its eyes, shaking its head or even whispering sarcastic comments to another animal. What do you think about this? We want to see some animals of your choice talk about their feelings like we would on a normal day, especially when we are pissed off by something and want to tell a friend or family member.
This prompt can be real or fictional (based on your choice). For instance, you would have witnessed real situations like friends arguing over the economy and inflation, people dancing awkwardly, classmates fighting over who would be the leader of a given project or perhaps someone tripping and pretending nothing happened. Now, imagine an animal - a cat, dog, elephant, bird, goat, chicken, or even a squirrel watching and judging them with some attitudes. What would be the dialogue? What animal do you think is naturally judgmental or expressive? Would there be any awkward moment that an animal would want to witness? How would the animal react? I hope you get it now.
So, let’s get on with our creativity. Add some humour to it to make it more lively for other readers.
