Hola, buenas noches para todos y cada uno de ustedes amigos y queridísimos lectores. Un gran saludo cordial para todos y cada uno de ustedes. Como siempre, un saludo especial para todos mis amigos y compañeros de la maravillosa comunidad de #swc. También un gran saludo para mis amigos de las comunidades #liketu y la comunidad de #hive. Me presento, soy atleta de calistenia Wilber-sw. Hoy les hablaré sobre mi día de entrenamiento de full básicos con mis queridos amigos y compañeros atletas, de los cuales estoy muy agradecido por ser mis amigos y por incluirme en sus entrenamientos. Hoy de nuevo hicimos el gran y difícil reto de cien repeticiones por cada ejercicio. Al igual que la última vez, hicimos cuatro largos ejercicios: dominadas, flexiones en pino, australianas y, por último, fondos en paralelas altas. Pero esta vez hicimos este reto algo más difícil agregándole peso extra a nuestros respectivos ejercicios, menos a las flexiones en pino. De resto, agregamos peso extra a todo. La verdad es que estaba difícil, porque por cada serie que hacíamos, se volvía mucho más difícil que la anterior. Pero a pesar de todo, pudimos lograr completar esta gran rutina en compañía y juntos. Como siempre, quiero darles las gracias a mis compañeros @manuel-sw y @alexdro-sw por ser parte de esta gran y espectacular semana de entrenamiento. Se les quiere mucho, amigos. Bueno, sin más que decir, finalizo con mi día de hoy. Espero que les haya gustado mi post y también espero que tengan un muy alegre y bendecido fin de semana. Hasta pronto, amigos. Cuídense mucho. ♡
Hello, good evening to each and every one of you friends and dear readers. A big cordial greeting to each and every one of you. As always, a special greeting to all my friends and colleagues in the wonderful #swc community. Also a big shout out to my friends in the #liketu communities and the #hive community. I introduce myself, I am a Wilber-sw calisthenics athlete. Today I will tell you about my full basic training day with my dear friends and fellow athletes, of whom I am very grateful for being my friends and for including me in their training. Today again we did the great and difficult challenge of one hundred repetitions for each exercise. Like last time, we did four long exercises: pull-ups, handstand push-ups, Australian push-ups and, finally, high parallel dips. But this time we made this challenge a little more difficult by adding extra weight to our respective exercises, except for the handstand push-ups. Otherwise, we add extra weight to everything. The truth is that it was difficult, because for each series we did, it became much more difficult than the previous one. But despite everything, we were able to complete this great routine in company and together. As always, I want to thank my teammates @manuel-sw and @alexdro-sw for being part of this great and spectacular week of training. You are loved very much, friends.
