Hola chicos y chicas de streetworkout community el dia de hoy venimos con nuevo post el cual vamos a mostrarles uno de los ejercicios de hoy para mi rutina de basico con sus repiticiones y series, anteriormente antes de iniciar con estos ejercicios empece haciendo algunos ejercicios de plancha para poder mejorar mi protraccion escapular en la plancha ya que quiero mejorar mi postura en la straddle planche, luego de hacer aquellos ejercicios empece hacer basico para poder mejorar mi resistencia y no solo ello si no tambien mejorar mi explosividad en las rutinas bueno para terminar esta introduccion empecemos a mostrarles los ejercicios
Hello guys and girls from streetworkout community, today we come with a new post in which we are going to show you one of today's exercises for my basic routine with its repetitions and series, previously before starting with these exercises I started doing some plank exercises In order to improve my scapular protraction in the plank since I want to improve my posture in the straddle planche, after doing those exercises I started doing basic exercises to be able to improve my resistance and not only that but also improve my explosiveness in the routines well to finish this introduction let's start showing you the exercises
