Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento del dá de hoy. Bueno gente, como pueden ver no hay que faltar los entrenamientos y es por eso que empecé a entrenar en la noche de hoy para cerrar la semana de la mejor manera posible. El entrenamiento de hoy consistió en una mezcla de combos sencillos en piso, y en barra baja para mejorar la resistencia, además de que quiero intentar algunos combos que luego irán viendo y que voy a estar practicando a ver que tal. Me encantaría recalcar que últimamente me esta saliendo bastante bien el touch, porque si bien no siempre toco los 3 segundos, si que estoy literalmente a nada, a diferencia de hace unas semanas. Y pues bueno, recuerden que hay que ser constantes, sin más, hasta luego.

Well folks, as you can see there's no missing workouts and that's why I started training tonight to close the week in the best way possible. Today's workout consisted of a mix of simple combos on the floor, and low bar to improve resistance, plus I want to try some combos that you will see later and that I will be practicing to see how they go. I would love to emphasize that lately I'm doing pretty well with the touch, because although I don't always touch the 3 seconds, I'm literally at nothing, unlike a few weeks ago.
