Saludos amigos de Hive, hoy me expreso libremente con ustedes para presentarle la angustia de todo atleta "Las lesiones".
La depresión son unas de las primeras cosas que se presenta posterior a una lesión, además de la lenta recuperación. En mi caso es doble angustia ya que me encuentro lesionado en dos zonas que son muy activas en el deporte que estoy, lamentablemente en unas de mis prácticas caí y me ocasione una lesión en cada muñeca ya que me apoye directamente de ellas. Aparte, no descanse como debería y la lesión empeoró desde entonces y no he podido hacer ni siquiera una flexión o cualquier ejercicio de empuje que implique alguna flexión o extensión palmar.
Esto es para llamar a conciencia a muchos atletas, que aprendan a escuchar su cuerpo ya nos creemos absorto dentro del deporte que ignoramos estos temas que a la larga podemos ir presentandose, lo mejor es tratarlo con la mayor anticipación posible.

Depression is one of the first things that occurs after an injury, in addition to the slow recovery. In my case it is double anguish since I am injured in two areas that are very active in the sport I am in, unfortunately in one of my practices I fell and caused an injury to each wrist since I supported myself directly from them. Also, I didn't rest as I should have and the injury has gotten worse since then and I haven't been able to do even a push-up or any pushing exercise that involves any palmar flexion or extension.
This is to conscientiously call on many athletes to learn to listen to their bodies, since we believe that we are so absorbed in the sport that we ignore these issues that may arise in the long run, it is best to treat them as early as possible.
