Hoy tuve un rato libre por la tarde, así que decidí aprovecharlo para entrenar un poco. Me fui al polideportivo, como de costumbre, y empecé con mis calentamientos antes de ponerme en acción.
El entrenamiento fue suave, pero efectivo. Me estoy preparando para la copa hive que se acerca y necesito estar en forma. A partir de la semana que viene, voy a ajustar mi horario para poder dedicarle más tiempo al entrenamiento. La universidad me tiene bastante ocupado últimamente, pero todo se arregla con un poco de organización.
La vida siempre nos pone desafíos, pero es cuestión de asumirlos y seguir avanzando. Estoy seguro de que con esfuerzo y dedicación, llegaré preparado a la competencia.

Today I had some free time in the afternoon, so I decided to take advantage of it to train a bit. I went to the sports center, as usual, and started with my warm-ups before getting into action.
The workout was gentle, but effective. I'm preparing for the hive cup coming up and I need to be in shape. Starting next week, I'm going to adjust my schedule so I can devote more time to training. College has been keeping me pretty busy lately, but it all comes together with a little organization.
Life always throws challenges at us, but it's a matter of taking them on and moving forward. I am sure that with effort and dedication, I will be ready for the competition.
