Hola y saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏽 soy @argos-sw y hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento el cual fue en la plaza Barroso en conjunto con mi compañero @chapy-sw y también con nuestro amigo Bladimir.
Mi rutina inicio en mi casa con mi sesión de estiramientos y ejercicios sencillos para la movilidad, priorizando en estos el hombro ya que todavía lo tengo algo rígido y lo quiero mejorar antes de seguir practicando el supra. Tras eso me aliste y salí a dar una vuelta en mi bicicleta para calentar un poco, le di algunas vueltas al área circundante y luego me fui a la plaza.
Ya estando en la plaza volví a estirarme un poco y empecé con mi rutina, iniciando con un 10x2 de push ups explosivas, luego hice un 9x3 de pull ups pronas, luego un 7x3 de pull ups supinas, me tomé unos minutos de descanso y después fui a las paralelas e hice un 12x3 de fondos. Tras eso practique un poco el impulso estando en el skin the cat y acostumbrarme un poco más para cuando vuelva al supra y después me senté unos minutos antes de irnos. Por su parte @chapy-sw estuvo haciendo su rutina de básicos y estáticos ya que tiene la mano un poco lastimada como para practicar dinamicos, empezó haciendo las push ups conmigo y luego empezó su rutina, por su lado Bladimir estuvo haciendo su rutina de pull ups y push ups, práctico un poco el muscle up y luego se fue antes.
Yo me quedé hablando un rato con @chapy-sw y luego nos fuimos por la vía, dando fin así a un buen día 🔥

Hello and greetings to the entire Hive community 👋🏽 I'm @argos-sw and today I'm here to share a little bit of my training, which was in Plaza Barroso with my partner @chapy-sw and also with our friend Bladimir.
My routine started at home with my stretching session and simple mobility exercises, prioritizing the shoulder since I still have it a bit stiff and I want to improve it before continuing to practice the supra. After that I got ready and went out for a ride on my bike to warm up a bit, I did a few laps around the surrounding area and then I went to the plaza.
Once I was in the plaza I stretched a bit again and started my routine, starting with 10x2 explosive push ups, then I did 9x3 prone pull ups, then 7x3 supine pull ups, I took a few minutes to rest and then I went to the parallel bars and did 12x3 dips. After that I practiced the push a little while on the skin the cat and got used to it a little more for when I go back to the supra and then I sat down for a few minutes before we left. For his part @chapy-sw was doing his basic and static routine since his hand is a little hurt to practice dynamics, he started doing the push ups with me and then he started his routine, for his part Bladimir was doing his routine of pull ups and push ups, he practiced the muscle up a little and then he left early.
I stayed talking with @chapy-sw for a while and then we went down the road, thus ending a good day 🔥
