¡Saludos comunidad de #Hivecalisthenics! el día de hoy vuelvo con un nuevo post de un breve entrenamiento de front lever que compartí con mi amigo y entrenador @markworkout y mi amigo @yeicker , espero que les guste. 🙌🏼

La rutina consistió de aguantes en tuck advance y elevaciones en half algo muy fácil de entender pero difícil de completar la verdad 😂, ya que fue un drop set en el cual empezamos con un volumen de repeticiones y aguantes en tuck advance muy altos y a medida que pasaban las series íbamos restándole segundos y repeticiones para preservar la técnica y poder completar la rutina de manera exitosa. 👍

Aqui un breve ejemplo de lo acabo de explicar:

6sg de tuck adv - press - 6sg de tuck adv - press - 6sg de tuck adv4 series
4sg de tuck adv - press - 4sg de tuck adv3 series
3sg de tuck adv - press - 3sg de tuck adv2 series

Y asi culminamos la rutina la verdad pensé que no seria complicado pero me dejo super agotado y sin poder hacer ni una repeticion mas. 😂

Greetings #Hivecalisthenics community! today I'm back with a new post of a short front lever workout I shared with my friend and coach @markworkout and my friend @yeicker , hope you like it. 🙌🏼

The routine consisted of tuck advance holds and half lifts something very easy to understand but difficult to complete the truth 😂, since it was a drop set in which we started with a very high volume of reps and tuck advance holds and as the series passed we were subtracting seconds and reps to preserve the technique and be able to complete the routine successfully. 👍

Here is a brief example of what I just explained:

I thought it wouldn't be complicated but it left me super exhausted and unable to do even one more repetition. 😂
