My ray of sunshine

Hola ladies and gentlemen of Hive, I'm back and this time I'm going to share with you a story of having a cute and cheerful kid in our family.

Way back 2016, a cute little baby was born and made our lives more vivid. He became our family's ray of sunshine and we will do anything just for him to be happy. Me, as an only child, I really wanted to have a sibling for me to take care of and spoil but unfortunately it didn't happen.

So from the moment I held his cute little hands when they got home it made me feel surreal at first and when the moment you saw him smile your problem would surely fade away. Having a baby in the family again is really a blessing.

He can make everyone smile, laugh and forget about their problems. He is so cute that sometimes you would love to kiss and pinch his cheek for a long time. He is actually a caring cousin despite of his age. There are times that you would be shocked on his gestures but it's so surprising that he really wanted to protect you in his cute little ways.

He loves to watch children learning videos that made him really good at many things. He could learn many different words just by watching those. He is also a fan of dinosaurs that most of them, he already knew the names. He got so many dinosaur toys in our house whether it's big or small and he loves it that up until now he got amazed to see one even though it looks the same.

It just feels so good to have a little listener and someone you could talk to even though he could not understand some things that you said. When there are things that bothers me or if I have a problem he is the one that I could cry to and you could really feel his comfort towards you. Funny thing is that he don't even know what you feels but he is just there by your side.

Now that he turns 7, if I have a free time we would usually go to parks for him to play and I would treat him in his favorite fast-food which is Jollibee. He loves the chicken joy, fries and sundae that he could finish it all in just a short time. Sometimes if I came back at school late, he just give me a hug and kiss because he knew that I'm tired and everything would feel better.

Also, we might bond very well but we also make fun of each other. He is now in his 2nd grade and if I have a short free time I'm trying my best to teach him how to read and write for him to be good in reading and writing so that it would not be hard for him in the future.

I will forever be thankful and blessed of having him as my cousin. I'm very proud of his little achievement and everything that he does well.
