Spending Quality Time With Friends 𐦂𖨆𐀪𖠋

Sunshine and smiles Hivers! I am back again for another new blog! In this blog, I'm going to show you how my day start and ends with these amazing friends of mine. Let's get started!

In May 2024, my friends Fhaneza, Ruby, Joshua, and I traveled to Cebu City to relax and explore since it had been a while since we last visited. We agreed to meet at Ayala Center Garden before 3 PM. When Ruby, Fhaneza, and I got to Ayala Center Garden. We are fascinated by the variety of bonsai on display here. There are numerous types that showcase different colors. I doubt these bonsais are for sale or meant for eyes only, as they are placed at the center of the Ayala Center Garden.

We also spotted a large ginger cat dozing on one of the bonsai trees here. I believe it was a male cat based on its physical characteristics. Male cats tend to have features that they are larger than female cats, and they also had a bigger head and paws, which led me to conclude that this cat is male. I snapped a picture of this cat because he looked adorable while sleeping, but as we took photos of him, he seemed quite grumpy, and I think he was irritated—my bad.

There is a small stall next to the garden that offers a variety of pots for sale. These pots are quite charming, with several sizes available, including small, medium, and large ones. One of our friends is fond of these types of pots, so we decided to take pictures with these pots and send them to her.

When Joshua arrived at our place, we decided to visit a popular viral street in Cebu close to our location, which is Molave Street. We planned to visit this place before but due to our busy schedules, we can't visit this place before. Molave Street is quite popular on TikTok at this time, as many people have created videos that encourage others to check it out. This street features various stalls, and the atmosphere here is incredibly vibrant. You can wear whatever you like when you come here, as people are indifferent to your clothing choices and activities. It's also a great opportunity to meet new people and engage with others from different backgrounds. Many people are very welcoming and will interact with you even if they are strangers. It's almost like this place serves as a refuge for those looking to make new friends.

Here are some adorable stickers available for sale. These stickers feature phrases in the Bisaya dialect; please refrain from translating them as some are inappropriate, huhu. Certain stalls offer "anik-aniks" and accessories, including grunge and feminine styles. Additionally, there is a wide selection of stalls selling secondhand clothing and a variety of food options.

We snapped some photos with this adorable mirror found in one of the stalls at the ukayan in Molave. Ruby and Fhaneza were impressed by what "Ukay ta Bai" offered, as the clothing was of high quality and stylish. However, they mentioned that the prices were a quite expensive, which is why they chose not to buy at this stall.

My friend purchased some mango sticky rice because she was really hungry, and honestly, it was delicious! Mango sticky rice has become popular lately due to numerous TikTok influencers encouraging people to give this dish a try. This dessert originally comes from Thailand.

We also noticed several stalls here offering Pop Mart merchandise, various types of cigarettes, clips, and more. We love the atmosphere on Molave Street; the music and the diverse fashion styles of the people truly enhance the vibe and create a fun environment.

We decided to visit IT Park for a leisurely walk and to search for a place to eat since we were all quite hungry, especially some of my friends who skipped lunch, including myself. IT Park resembles BGC in Manila, functioning like a modern city filled with skyscrapers and advanced technology. The tall buildings I photographed are examples of the architecture found here in IT Park. We chose to have dinner at Baranggay Seoul; feel free to look it up and check out one of my recent blog posts about our experience there.

After eating, we decided to take a stroll since we felt quite stuffed and wanted to ease our discomfort from being bloating. We hoped that walking would help our stomachs digest better.

We discovered a great spot in IT Park with an incredible view, featuring tall buildings against the backdrop of a stunning sunset. We decided to capture photos here due to its beauty. The sky was painted in shades of pink, adding to the uniqueness and allure of the scene. We lingered until the sun had completely disappeared. The lovely city lights in IT Park combined create a serene and beautiful atmosphere.

I decided to go to JCO to buy a box of donuts for my mother as a "pasalubong" for her. Ruby also bought a donut because she was tempted by the delicious options. We snapped some photos due to the great lighting and the stylish atmosphere in the cafe. This venue is an ideal spot for those WFH people and students wanting to study, as it is very quiet and calming. After we received our orders, we lingered for a bit, waiting for Ruby to finish her donut.

After that, we continued walking and exploring IT Park, and we chose to visit A Little Tea Cafe. I decided to order a black sugar milk tea to take home since I got a donut and my friends decided not to order because they weren't interested in drinking milk tea. We spent some time at A Little Tea Cafe. Afterward, we made the choice to head home since it was getting late and we still had a two-hour ride to go home.

And this is the end of my blog, Hivers! Spending time with friends creates a wonderful bond that I truly value. I will hold onto this experience for years to come. After this day, I returned home with joyful memories and a cheerful spirit, as I thoroughly enjoyed our walks around the City. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog!
