Muy buenas a todos, prospera y cálida comunidad de Family and Friends. Hoy les vengo a contar unas de las mejores cosas que he hecho cuando de amigos se trata, y es ayudar y levantar el ánimo a un hermano. Es una de las pocas veces que me sentí tan bien con la acción que realicé y el plan que, en colaboración con dos amigos míos, también de la universidad, pudimos llevar a cabo para brindarle a nuestro hermano unos de sus mejores fines de semana.

Hacía mucho tiempo que no veía a Andro, uno de mis mejores socios de la universidad, también llevaba buen tiempo sin saber de él, como de mis otros hermanos, entonces me percato de que algo no estaba bien. Hago algunas llamadas para saber cómo se encuentra y como está todo por su casa y entonces cuando por fin logro hablar con él, lo noto un poco deprimido, la verdad, no me sentí bien con eso. Seguidamente, llamé a dos grandes amigos míos, hermanos de causa en la beca, y les propuse sacar una casa en la playa y les hago el comentario sobre nuestro gran querido compañero, y la verdad que, sin pensarlo dos veces, fuimos y cuadramos todo, para darle ese regalo a nuestro hermano.

It is one of the few times that I felt so good about the action I took and the plan that, in collaboration with two friends of mine, also from the university, we were able to carry out to give our brother one of his best weekends.
It had been a long time since I had seen Andro, one of my best partners from university, I had also not heard from him for a long time, like my other brothers, then I realized that something was not right. I make some calls to find out how he is and how everything is at his house and then when I finally manage to talk to him, I notice he is a little depressed, to be honest, I didn't feel good about that. Next, I called two great friends of mine, brothers in the scholarship, and I proposed to them to get a house on the beach and I told them about our great dear companion, and the truth is that, without thinking twice, we went and squared everything , to give that gift to our brother.

Al día siguiente paso a recoger a mi socio, por supuesto, el sin saber para dónde íbamos, le dije que también podía llevara su mama si lo deseaba, que para nosotros no era problema, incluso es mejor aún. Al cabo de una hora y media, llegamos a la playa de Guanabo, lugar donde se encontraba nuestra casa en la playa, ya nos estaban esperando los demás, con la gran iniciativa, felices de poder darnos y darle una alegría más a un amigo cercano y su mamá.

El clima no nos acompañó mucho, pero nada iba a impedir que la pasáramos bien en familia, porque eso somos los buenos amigos, una familia.

After an hour and a half, we arrived at Guanabo beach , where our house was located on the beach. The weather wasn't very kind to us, but nothing was going to stop us from having a good time as a family, because that's what good friends are, a family.

Sin mucho que desempacar, al momento sacamos nuestra mesa y nos pusimos a jugar unas partidas de domino, fuertes y leales a no perder en ningún juego, intentando sobrevivir a nuestra interminable batalla de hermanos, con la cocina encendida, friendo papas y plátanos, riendo y dejando que todo eso malo que nuestro hermano tenía en mente, se le fuera olvidando y se relajara, jodiendo entre nosotros, gritando, cosas típicas entre amigos de los años.

Hoy era el día, nuestro día con un hermano, veterano de mil batallas como nosotros, que por suerte gracias a una pequeña idea se convirtió en un genial lugar donde compartir, debatir, escucharnos entre todos, pero lo principal era divertirnos, pasarla bien, olvidarse de todo y centrarnos en nuestro rato agradable y sincero, como hacía tiempo no teníamos. A esa hora, todos fuimos cocineros, todos fuimos músicos, éramos lo que apetecía el momento y lo mejor de todo es que siempre fuimos nosotros, como una hermandad.

Without much to unpack, we immediately took out our table and started playing some games of dominoes, strong and loyal to not lose in any game, trying to survive our endless battle of brothers, with the kitchen on, frying potatoes and bananas, laughing and letting all the bad things that our brother had in mind, he forget and relax, fucking with each other, screaming, typical things between friends over the years.

Today was the day, our day with a brother, a veteran of a thousand battles like us, who luckily, thanks to a small idea, became a great place to share, debate, listen to each other, but the main thing was to have fun, have a good time, forget about everything and focus on our pleasant and sincere time, like we haven't had in a long time. At that time, we were all cooks, we were all musicians, we were what the moment wanted and the best of all is that it was always us, like a brotherhood.

Andro la pasó genial, todos la pasamos genial, incluso su mamá, fue uno de esos pocos momentos, en los que dices: que bien me siento conmigo y con mi acción, mi amigo tuvo un día como se lo merece, con nosotros.

Andro had a great time, we all had a great time, even his mother, it was one of those few moments when you say: how good I feel about myself and my action, my friend had a day as he deserves, with us.
