🦉 The great tit (Parus major)

These are my favorite birds. Unfortunately, many people know nothing about them and therefore they are ordinary unremarkable birds for them. But these birds are quite smart and clever. And thanks to this, they have a high survival rate in the wild, so they are one of the most numerous birds in the forest.

They live in forests, groves, parks and even in city courtyards. They are easily tamed, and in crowded places they quickly get used to people and can even beg for treats from people.
I feed them outside my window with a small feeder. And it amuses me very much when it is only 8 am, it is dark outside, you can't see anything, but one tit will definitely fly in alone, while everyone else is sleeping, to eat nuts. And then fly in again with a flock, to eat again.
