For some time now, I have been speaking to another restaurant business to see if they will agree to be part of the SpendHBD project. Its a thing of joy to announce that they have finally agreed to be listed in and have their customers enjoy the discounts. The name of this business is La Fresh Food 'N' Bakery.
The listing of this restaurant business could not have come at a better time than now as we prepare to shop as a group in ShokiN day 6. This is the place we will go for this group activity. First of all, I want to tell you a bit about La Fresh.
Meet LaFresh Food 'N' Bakery
Just as I mentioned above, LaFresh Food 'N' Bakery is a restaurant that serves both local and intercontinental dishes. Owing to the name, they try to make all their meals fresh and delicious. I have been here severally in the past and I can actually recommend it as a nice place to eat out.
LaFresh is located at 171 Faulks Rd, Ariaria, Aba. Its a place yo enjoy local dishes and soups like Uha soup, Afang soup, Vegetable soup, Egusi soup and many other flavours. If you decide to enjoy your soup with swallows, they have them in variety like garri, semovita and even fufu. They also prepare other dishes like white rice and stew, fried rice, jollof rice, momoi, plantain and chicken sause. They have various meats like beef, pork and chicken.
When it comes to snacks, LaFresh is well represented too. They have meatpie, fishpies, burger, eggroll, and other snacks. You can enjoy your meals with cool soft drinks and natural juices prepared on the spot. Once you step into the restaurant, you will definitely find something to eat if you are hungry. A standard plate of food starts at NGN3500. However, a customer might go for a lower budget depending in what they want to take.
One interesting thing about this business is that it has a nice environment which is great for relaxation. The place is also clean and neat. There are comfortable seats with high recliners that provide some privacy for each customer assuming you have something really confidential to discuss.
When I spoke with the manager about the opportunity to increase sales and attract new customers by joining the SpendHBD project, he became excited and allowed me to capture images and video of the business. I quickly signed up the businesses and listed it in distriator. Now the business is very much set to start accepting HBD as a means of payment.

On becoming their first customer
Well like I said before, I have eaten here severally in the past. But now that we are becoming partners, I also took my lunch this afternoon here. I decided to enjoy a plate of Jollof rice and fried Chicken. For a drink, I bought a Can of malt. I was actually hungry and this meal made a lot of sense for Thursday lunch. Here is the meal as I enjoyed it.
ShoKiN day 6 at La'Fresh
Its usually nice to give a new business a feel of what is possible through this SpendHBD partnership. So as we prepare to do ShoKiN day 6 on Saturday 30th, November 2024, I will take my friends to La'Fresh to patronize the business. It will be a great time to have lunch with friends, network and possibly sign up new customers on the spot.
So I am equally using this opportunity to inform my friends in Aba Nigeria, that our ShoKiN day6 will be held at La'Fresh restaurant. So do not have lunch at home. We are goung to have lunch together in this nice place and she the business owner the huge potential that SpendHBD has on their local business.
